Thought Power

Thought power is the key to creating our reality. In order to become the master of our destiny, we must learn to control the nature of our dominant, habitual thoughts to provide positive benefits.  Every effect we see in our outside or physical world has a specific cause which has its origin in our inner or mental world.  This is the essence of thought power.  It is the energy, getting emitted in the form of vibratory force at specific frequencies.  Thoughts produced at a conscious level can get into deeper based on our sustained interest on the subject and repeated visualization.  

It is the subconscious mind that is the storehouse of our deep-seated thoughts or beliefs.  This will influence our behavior and create personality.  Create powerful thoughts like I am a successful soul, I am a wealthy soul; I am a pure soul, peaceful soul etc.   Consistently creating such thoughts can bring tremendous change and miracles in our life.


Concentration

It is the art of directing the attention or mental faculties toward a single object.  It is to be noted that our mind is wandering about 30% of the time when we are doing our normal day to day tasks and it will be as high as 70% sometimes like when we drive on a less crowded highway.  Indeed, this sort of "mind-wandering" is thought to be the default operating mode of our brains.  Simply put, a wandering mind is an unhappy mind. People report being less happy when their minds are wandering compared to when they are not.  However, a study based on scientific analysis says that we can decrease the mind wandering by a considerable percentage.  

When meditating, brain areas commonly active when our minds wander were relatively less active.  Meditation practices appear to transform people's experience when they are not doing anything at all into one that resembles a meditative state - a more present-centered state of mind.

 Self Talk

It is the art of the practice of talking to oneself either aloud or silently and mentally.  We all have some sort of self-generated dialogue taking place privately in our minds.  The good news is that we actually do have a lot of control over this self-talk, and it all starts with being aware of what we are telling ourselves. Essentially, the messages that we receive, whether from the outside or self-generated, impact how we view ourselves. Cognitive therapy, which is one of the most widely, used forms of talk therapy, focuses heavily on the role of self-talk in correcting maladaptive behavior. In other words, changing how you talk to yourself can change your life.  We have a choice in how we talk to ourselves, which also means we choose how we feel and behave as a result. 

Feeling great, powerful in the self-talk will have more positive impact on us. It should be supportive to self to achieve our objectives.  In Self talk, we can stimulate our action, direct our action and evaluate our action.  It could be a motivational or instructional type.  Meditation practice with self-inspiring thoughts induced self-talk can produce wonderful results.

Leadership is all about giving and serving the group of people you lead.  Even though what works for one leader may not necessarily work for another, depending on the circumstances and personality, a true leader must be able to inspire his or her team. A good leader can hold his or her emotions in check, especially in tough situations.  Leadership requires ambition and one should never let the ambitions fade.

We shouldn’t get freaked out and anxious, staying present will enable us to find better solutions.  We need a fresh mind to tackle the dynamically varying situations. The practice of Meditation can provide the required space, control on self, maturity in dealings etc.  It will help to take complete control of self so that one can effectively lead others to produce better results.
